We know that bringing people into the Kingdom of God is a spiritual undertaking. Yet we spend a lot of time trying to persuade people with philosophical or intellectual arguments. Prayer is a powerful spiritual weapon for a spiritual battle. Metro Ministries Detroit, May Please pray for my prodigol son Mark Joseph Vargas to come into a personal relationship with Jesus and to have a personal encounter with Jesus.
Break Down Walls of Opposition With This Mighty Prayer Position
Join the biggest Facebook Community today!!! The Practical Prayer Assignment programme is organized every month on this website. This is done to allow our brethren to carryout practical prayer by themselves through the use of their hands to war, and their finger to do the battle Psalm The good thing about this is that, you can decide to take those prayers in a Christian camp, mountain, church or even at your house where there is less distraction. So, in this month of May, we are praying to the wall. It is not a fasting exercise. But listen carefully to this: Through this programme, you are not permitted to take any food, water from 6pm to 12am until when you are through with the prayer at midnight. But all other time 6am to 5pm you can eat.

The story of how the walls of Jericho fell is a very well-known story in the Bible. Joshua 6 gives us a picture how it is particularly important to break down strong walls that we have erected in our lives. The Israelites have been walking in the scorching wilderness and comes face to face with the wall of Jericho. The walls of Jericho were no ordinary walls. It was impassable and heavily fortified to the point where it would take several strengths of men, weapons, and great planning to take it down. It was known to have double walls with one standing tall at over 10 feet and one way to enter would have been by destroying all the people inside. No worldly methods could have been used to take it down, but instead, faith, obedience, courage, and patience had to be practiced by obtaining victory over Jericho. The Jericho walls can be applied as those forts and strongholds we have built for ourselves to cause a wedge against God. The walls that have emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually stripped us from experiencing real joy, forgiveness, and healing.
In recent months, a revelatory perspective concerning prayer and intercession has deeply penetrated me. The principle of praying from victory and not toward it rests upon my heart and soul. I cannot get away from it. I seem to be engaged in a process that has me pondering and devoting chunks of my time in contemplative thought. So activate your heart and mind as I share some of my musings. A basic question must be addressed and answered: Where are we seated? Years ago, I was on a plane sitting at a window seat while circling over New York City. This phrase has been stuck inside me for years now. It has shifted some of my understanding and approach towards intercession. Do we pray up through territorial spirits of darkness to reach the throne of God, or do we declare down and release something?
